Q: Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, sample is available and usually can be sent in 3-7days after payment received.

Q: What's your Minimum Order Quantity?

A: Normally 1-20 pieces, while small quantity is also OK. So please don't worry about the MOQ.

Q: Can we use our fragrance? Does it need to add water?

A: Yes, you can use your own fragrance. You can refill the bottle when the essential runs out. and only essential oil and
ethyl alcohol could be atomized by our device. Essential for scent, and alcohol for clean maintaining, other liquid items will do damage the equipment.

Q: How to clean the machine?

A: There are five steps to clean the machine:
a. Take out the bottle;
b. Clean the oil bottle with ethyl alcohol;
c. Fill in fresh alcohol in the bottle and install it in the machine and open power for 10 minutes to clean the machine;
d. After the machine is cleaned, turn off the power.;
e. Take out the essential oil bottle, pour the oil into the plastic bottle, install the bottle into the machine.
